Paula Romero
The founder of La Bella Pasta, was born and raised in Brazil.
As a chemist she would always think how much chefs and scientists have in common as they both manipulate ingredients and substances until they come up with a final product.
Since her move to South Florida in 2001, she has experimented in the kitchen and discovered her love for pasta.
What started as a hobby, led Paula to earn her Culinary Degree from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and the culminating birth of La Bella Pasta in 2019, where she shares her passion for homemade fresh pasta and the techniques she has learned along the years.

This is How it Works…
As a live online cooking class, Chef Paula will be showing you all her tricks from her own kitchen while we #stayhome! That’s right, we will virtually come to you, wherever you are! We encourage you to be an active participant and interact with us by asking questions and letting us know how things are coming along in your kitchen. Share pictures with us of your own pasta experience and don’t forget to have a glass (or two…) of your favorite wine!
Equipment, ingredients, and virtual classroom…
You will need to have some things ready in order to follow along the virtual class. After selecting your favorite menu and registering, you will receive an email with instructions, date/time and a link from Zoom to give you access to the classroom, plus a detailed recipe with all the ingredients you will need.
